近日，镇江市丹徒工商局查获一起网络销售侵权商品的案件，这也是该市查处的首例此类案件。经查，为从事“UGG牌雪地鞋的销售，沈某未经某户外用品有限公司许可，在其网店上擅自使用“UGG注册商标并加以宣传。
After the identification of trademark owners, Shen's online sales of "UGG snow shoes" are counterfeit products. According to different models, Shen quoted a price of 50-180 yuan per pair on the Internet sale, which is obviously cheaper than the price of 900-1200 yuan of genuine snow shoes. As of the time of the incident, Shen has sold 85 pairs of snow shoes. The industry and commerce authorities sealed up the remaining 280 pairs of fake snow shoes.
