After diagnosis and analysis of production equipment, Jiabao has launched five major energy-saving technological pformation projects.

Up to now, three projects, such as energy saving pformation of PTA chain conveyor system, energy saving pformation of refrigerating units, and pformation of energy-saving lamps and lanterns, have been put into use.

Among them, the refrigeration unit energy saving pformation project has been put into operation in July 2nd, the energy saving effect is particularly obvious.

Due to the advanced energy saving technology of air conditioning and power system, the operating cost of air conditioning system is reduced by 60% while the energy saving rate of power system reaches 30% when the refrigerating capacity is constant at the same time. It is expected to generate 12 million 626 thousand yuan economic benefits per year, and the investment will be recovered in one and a half years.

The chief engineer of Jiabao told the peak that the company also purchased more than 40 thousand energy saving lamps and switched the incandescent lamps to energy-saving lamps, which saved 1 million 400 thousand yuan annually.

The energy saving pformation of PTA chain conveyor system has changed the original two sets of nitrogen pportation system into pipeline pportation system, which not only reduced air pollution, but also reduced electricity charges by about 2300000 yuan per year.

At present, the remaining two technical pformation projects are being implemented.

The energy saving pformation plan of the thermal coal boiler will be completed before the end of August, and the economic benefit is expected to exceed 60 million yuan annually.

"The cost of technical pformation is estimated to be within a year."
