Academy of Fine Arts in Hebei (formerly Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Oriental Arts) is the only full-time full-time undergraduate art college in Hebei province. Its predecessor was Yanzhao Middle School of Fine Arts (secondary school), which was founded in 1986.

At the beginning of the founding of the school, it adheres to the concept of "combining learning with working" and takes the responsibility of training fine arts talents with new knowledge of science and technology, and has trained nearly 10000 different types of professional art talents for the country.
