Bayer Material Science is one of the largest polymer production companies in the world, and is launching a series of brand new Impranil series PU dispersions to meet the textile industry's higher requirements for material function and sustainability.

Bayer Material Technology is gradually launching a series of waterborne biological polyurethane (PU) dispersions based on the brand name of Impranil eco materials.

The renewable content of this material is as high as 65%, so this series of products can further reduce carbon dioxide emissions, thereby improving the sustainability of waterborne PU materials again.

Bayer Material Technology displayed the research and development results respectively at the European coatings exhibition held in Nuremberg, Germany in from April 21st to 23rd and the international industrial textiles and nonwovens Exhibition (Techtextil) held in Frankfurt, Germany in from May 4th to 7th.

These products belong to the INSQIN waterborne PU textile coating fabric project.

Its performance is comparable to high-end traditional products, and its bio based materials can be immediately adopted without remixing.

Impranil DAA is specialized in developing intermediate coatings for clothing and footwear industry.

The product can be used to produce softer materials and maintain this characteristic at low temperature. This is what the clothing industry has long dreamed of.

The application field of athletic shoes is especially strict on the performance requirements of materials.

Impranil DLE helps to develop shoe upper materials that meet the highest technical specifications in the field, especially in terms of adhesive strength.

On the other hand, the automotive industry will also benefit from the new Impranil DLC-T product.

With this product, a special automobile interior material can be produced. It has not only the ultra matte surface sought by the industry, but also the surface.
